Why Adventier?

I love writing blogs and have so many things to write about, but for a year, I couldn’t pick a starting topic. Finally, “Why Adventier”.

Being at the top of SAP security practice, we have choices. By starting Adventier, we made a simple choice: “our love of consulting and mentoring” produced following mission for Adventier: working hard at ground zero of SAP space, mentoring next generation of inquisitive minds and preparing them for the long-term trend of high demand of skillful ERP/IT professional.

Adventier was started May, 2008 – A few months before everything went deep south. Did we know things were going to be this bad? No. Are we prepared? Absolutely. This is what we believed and continue to believe:

1. SAP is a galaxy

2. SAP software can run every aspect of business processes, and it’s inherently complex

3. Whether you like it or not, the world is driven by technology, and Information Technology (IT) is at the core of all technologies.

4. Fortunately or unfortunately, the US workforce is aging.

Considering all these facts and others, we have a favorable chances. The game plan is also simple: put customers’ interest first, be honest with integrity, win customers’ trust one at a time.

With almost 20 years in the game, maybe we know a lot about IT and SAP, but one thing is certain: we don’t know everything. It’s the opportunity of continuous learning that keeps us engaged and fanscinated. Seeing skills and knowledge can transfer into profits or lower costs for customers brings us joy and makes us love our jobs even more.
