Identity Management

Our Security Framework offers Entity Management, which enables flexible (central, distributed, or a combination) administration of users, servers, roles, authorizations, rights, various digital and physical assets. Basic user credentials and authorization profiles are available system-wide. Identity Management solution provided here incorporates Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) with key and certificate management.

The built-in IdM solution coupled with built-in PKI (with own CA) enables certificate-based actions (like strong authentication, digital signatures and encryptions) down to individual entity levels like a user or a server. Per-mouse-click certificates may be issued, distributed, renewed and revoked, and adapter data from Meta Directories (e.g. LDAP, MS AD) may be linked as easily as certificates from existing Certificate Authorities. With our Security Framework, you will be able to use existing data from different sources within one solution.
