- Onsite
The most traditional of our delivery models, our consultants will arrive onsite and work alongside your resources.
- Remote
With this delivery model, our consultants work remotely, minimizing traveling expenses. This is designed to allow you to quickly scale up or down your workforce to meet ongoing or temporary requirements, keeping your headcount “right sized” for your real mission and focusing your IT leaders on more mission-critical tasks.
- Training
Our consultants will develop and deliver custom training for your staff with this service delivery model. We have experienced SAP trainers on staff, excited about tailoring a course to your specific need.
- Coaching
Sometimes you don’t need us working with you full time. With our Coaching delivery model, our consultants will periodically guide and coach your personnel and assist on an “as necessary” basis.
